David Acton is a third generation builder with 30 years
experience.  The homes he builds are individually crafted with
added emphasis on timeless style and lasting quality.  He is
committed to carry on the building excellence that has become
synonymous with his family name.

A David Acton home is unique in that we offer an array of
signature touches that help define who we are and how we
build.  For example, we offer hand laid, wood-burning masonry
fireplaces, a feature as unique as the early American and
European cultures which first crafted such fireplaces.  We offer
the exceptional services of our own "in-house" designer, in an
effort to see that no stone is left unturned when it comes to the
large number of design decisions which must be made in every
home we build.  Additionally, we offer our clients access to our
building schedules so that you are as informed as we are with
the progress of your home.  The David Acton Building team is a
'hands-on' team.  We are always present on the job site -  
muddy boots and all!
